As I said, our school is designed uh based on International Baccalaureate, and our principal, he’s like an expert of uh international, especially in um DP. So, like uh our school is designed for uh a diploma program. And also, uh our mission is learn by doing, learn by making, and learning, learning by being someone else. So we um put a more focus on um well, theater performance and a lot of field trips and a lot of interaction with other people. And so students are having a lot of fun uh with learning inside our school, also as well as learning outside.
Future Memories
ISTimes Global (01:36): That sounds like a lot of fun. Um speaking of fun, what are some of the memories that you hope that students will take away from their time at your school?
AIC World College (Mr. Nishiyama) (01:45): Okay. Um our school, um put a lot of lot more focus on um like interacting with the parents and teach, like having a lot of communication, like teachers uh having a lot of communication with the parents because uh for the design of a good school, um partnership uh with the parents is really important. So, um the other day, we invited Harry Global. Uh they are experts of a theater performance. So usually, only students um get on the stage. But in our school, we encourage uh more parents to um be part of our school events. So probably students having a lot of fun to um to see adults enjoying themselves, learning by doing, learning by making, learning by um being someone else. So now parents uh also enjoying our school life and school learning. So students now uh having a great memory in um observing and seeing and watching a parent’s learning at the same time. So kids uh have a great uh mentors uh by watching parents and teachers learning at the same time.
